For 2019: Incident & Accident Reporting – Therap’s General Event Report (GER) “DEEP DIVE”!

This year we will dedicate 3 sessions to the GER, it’s related modules and reporting capabilities. Incident & Accident management, tracking / trending and reporting can be a complex proposition. When maximizing Therap’s GER tools, these tasks can be effectively and efficiently be completed and shared within your system.

From basic application use (including the built in 245D form for critical incidents) to implementing “GER Category Rules”, “GER Resolution”, “Multi Individual Events” and more, these sessions are intended to help you and your agency become more adept at GER module use, thereby gaining the fullest benefit of the available toolset.

Data Driven Outcomes with Business Intelligence implementation update from LSS

Last year, Deb Koop shared how Lutheran Social Service began the process of implementing Therap’s Data Drive Outcomes (DDO) module. This year, Deb and her colleague Sarah Garczynski, will update the user community on their implementation and the benefits they are deriving from DDO use.
