Dashboard Features Include:

  • Tabs change your page view, select from the To Do, Health and Individual Home pages, for example.
  • Items in your To Do list are prioritized by High, Medium or Low status to guide you to what is most urgent to review.
  • Switch profiles if you’re assigned multiple caseload access to adjust your To Do list counts
  • A ‘My Issues’ section tracks all of your communication with Therap Support
  • Use SComm (Secure Communications) to send and receive messages from colleagues
  • Track you current and pending agency trainings under Classes
  • Use the Therap Calendar to add tasks and events privately or for team view.
