Once a GER has been submitted, it is in 'Pending Approval' status. You will need the 'GER Approve' or 'GER Review' role to access a GER with the 'Pending Approval' status. Once the GER has been approved, you will need the 'GER Followup' or ‘GER View Role’ role to access the report. If you need these roles, you will need to contact your Provider Administrator.
