Therap has many applications or modules to support the work that nurses working with people with developmental disability do.
The Health Tracking module is what nurses would use most of the time. It has many applications to record health related data and happenings of individuals with developmental disability. Recording height and weight, vitals, intake and elimination (bowels), and much more are made easy with the Health Tracking module. The Medication History module keeps a record of medications that were given to the individual. You can use Appointments to set when the individual has medical appointments, and also print out Consultation Form from it to take to the appointment.
Medication Administration Record (MAR) are also there to keep an ongoing record of meds and who is administering it. It comes with a drug lookup so that the correct meds are easily identifiable, along with lists of allergies and other important information related to the medication.
T-Logs are also very important, as Nurses will use them to write out health notes that DSPs and other staff of the supporting agency who are working with the individual can see it.
