Release Notes for Therap 8.3

Dear Users,

Therap is happy to bring to you Version 8.3 of Therap applications. With this release made on August 23, 2009, the following enhancements have been added to the system:

Admin / General

  • A new feature for deactivating Programs has been added. Deactivating a program will restrict creating new forms under that program.
  • For most of the list pages (e.g. Worklist etc. ), navigation is now even more efficient. Additional "FirstPage" link and "Page number link" have been added near the bottom of those pages.

General Event Reports

  • Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) recently revised the EMBIS form. This new release incorporates the changes in GER and makes the revised form available for our users.
  • A PDF version of Display Printable of GER has been added.

ISPs

  • In ISP Plan, linking ISP Program to Valued Outcomes is now optional and it can be turned on/off by PA.
  • In ISP Plan safeguard section, users will now be able to put more text as the size of this field has been increased to 30,000 characters.
  • In ISP Plan, fields like pdf, timezone, approved by and submitted by have been dropped from the top header for consistency.
  • Users will now be able to add valued outcomes from Hab Plan. Valued outcomes added from Hab Plan will show up in a different section in ISP Plan. Users will have option to associate such valued outcome to ISP Plan valued outcome.
  • In ISP Program, default score option has been added for Custom and Count scoring method.
  • User will receive an SComm containing new / popular / unranked items in ISP Template Global Library. Users will get this mail on a monthly basis. Live link to view / rate those templates will be available in the mail.

MAR

  • MAR will now include the photo of the particular Individual.
  • Detail mode color transition has been made more noticeable.
  • Notification option has been added for events like Refused, Missed and 'MAR lock due to Medication History update'.
  • User will be able to create new Medication history from MAR Configuration window.
  • Shared contact list in MAR will now include a filtered list of only Physician & Dentist.
  • Quick / Detail mode switch link will now repeat in every medication section of MAR.

Personal Finance

  • Items in Account Type, Transaction Type and all such categories can now be discontinued / deleted by PA.
  • 'Cut off date range for updating a Transaction' is now configurable by PAs.

Billing

  • Users can now get Billing Data Detail Report in Excel format with Time In/Out information along with duration and Service Provider. Users with Billing Summary role can access it.
  • Unit Rate & Procedure Modifiers have been added in Service Authorization Low Unit Notification message.
  • Texas CLASS form can be accessed from Claims having Manual or Electronic payer.

Attendance

  • When entering or updating Attendance data, users will only see a list of Programs where he/she has Attendance Role.
  • Bundling rules have been applied in the Attendance Detail Excel Report.
