Release Notes and System Updates for North Dakota 2.0

Dear Users,

Therap for North Dakota has been updated. Check out the list below for details on all the features that we have enhanced for the Users of North Dakota with the release of Therap for States 2.0.

Logging into Therap for States

Users in North Dakota can now access Therap Applications and Therap for States Application from the Therap Login page.

If Users in North Dakota access the URL of the Therap for States Application for logging in, they will be directed to the Therap Login page.

Once Users in North Dakota successfully login to the system, they will be directed to the unified view of the FirstPage where they will be able to switch to the respective FirstPage of the Linked Providers using the 'Provider' drop-down menu.

Creating New User

The Users of North Dakota, with this release will create Users from the Therap for Provider site.



On clicking on the link the User will be taken to the Create New User page.

Accessing State Application

Users in North Dakota can access the Therap for States Application by clicking on the Therap for States link located at the top right of the FirstPage.

Users in North Dakota will be able to access the Therap for States Application only if the State Specific Information for the User is set by the Administrator. Administrators can enter User's State Specific Information by clicking on the Set State Specific User Information link available at the bottom of the User's Update User Information page.

On clicking the 'Set State Specific User Information' link Administrator will be directed to the Edit Application User page in order to update User's State Specific Information.



After accessing the Therap for States Application, Users can switch back to Therap Applications for the Provider by clicking on the Therap for Provider link located at the top right of the State Application page.

Managing Multi-Provider Individual

Therap for States 2.0, adds a new feature of sending referral for an Individual to Linked Providers by the Oversight Provider Users from the Multi-Provider Individual section of their FirstPage. Once the Oversight Provider intakes a new Individual into the system, the Oversight Provider Users can send referral of the Individual to multiple Linked Providers at the same time. Oversight Provider User will also be able to view a list of all Individuals referred to various Linked Providers. For the Linked Provider, these Individuals will appear in the list of Pending Admission available under their FirstPage.

Select Individual for Referral

Oversight Provider Users with the Individual Administrative Role are able to select Individuals for referral to Linked Providers from the Multi-Provider Individual section of their FirstPage.

They will be able to select Individuals from a list of all Individuals who need to be referred to Linked Providers.



Oversight Provider Users may send referrals to multiple Linked Providers as appropriate.

Link Individuals with Oversight ID

Oversight Provider Users with the Individual Administrative Role will be able to link Individuals between Oversight Agency and the referred Linked Providers from the Multi-Provider Individual section of their FirstPage.



Oversight Provider Users will be able to edit the Oversight ID for the Individual from the List Individuals for Linking page in order to link the Individual with the Linked Provider.

Managing 'My Account'

Users will be able to manage their Profile specific information such as editing their personal information, contact information from the Therap for Provider side's 'My Account' section. Users will also be able to change their password if required, from this section.
