Therap Applications is running slow or getting Request Timed Out

If Therap Applications is running slow or if you are getting the "Request Timed Out" message, please help Therap further investigate the issue by sending a Ping Test result.

The questions below will help to identify the issue:

  • Were there any changes in network equipments / software / infrastructure recently?
  • Are the computers connected to the internet through independent modems, or are they connected through a gateway in the local network?
  • Have you placed any limit on the Bandwidth or any kind of Access Control on the internet?
  • Do you have same modems / routers across all sites?
  • Is there any particular time of the day when this issue is more frequent?

We would also like you to run a ping test from some of those machines and across different times of the day and send us the results. We have included a script below. Please copy the content in Notepad and save it as 'therap.bat'. When you run this, it will create a 'therap-netdiag.log' file.

Please send the 'therap-netdiag.log' file to us at support@therapservices.net along with the answers to the questions above and the time and date of when the problem occurred. Please also mention the name of the Provider Agency you are from. We will then get back to you as soon as we can.
