As you are a Provider Administrator (PA), your password will need to be set again by Therap. In such a case, you will need to do the following:
- Please have another Provider Administrator (PA) send us an SComm message from their PA (-adm) account requesting your password to be reset. We will then send the login information for you to them, via SComm.
- If you are the only Provider Administrator of your agency, or if other PAs are unavailable at the time, then please have the director of your agency send us a signed request on the company letterhead via fax at (203)-755-1461.
