Administrators with the 'Super Admin' and the 'Reset Password' Administrative Roles are able to reset passwords for other Administrators within the agency who have the 'Super Admin' Administrative Role. Any Administrator within the agency having only the 'Reset Password' role can change the password of any user who does not have the 'Super Admin' role.
As you are an Administrator at your agency, you have the following options to have your password reset:
- If you have a User account (without the -adm suffix) with the 'Super Admin' and 'Reset Password' Administrative Roles assigned to that account, then you may reset the password for your Admin account.
- You may have another Administrator at your agency reset your password.
- If you are the only Administrator of your agency, or if other Administrators are unavailable at the time, then please have the director of your agency submit this request on the company letter head, include a direct phone number, sign the request and fax it to 203-721-6102.
