The links in the User area on FirstPage and Dashboard gives you the options to create and manage user accounts. You are able to assign privileges to the users at your agency, activate or deactivate their user accounts and view staff reports. You will find the following links in a User area on your FirstPage or Dashboard:

- Create New User: Use this link to create a new user account for an employee.
- User List: This link gives you access to the User List. You can use this list to activate/deactivate user accounts. You can also access user profiles of employees using this list.
- Search User: You can use this option to search particular users in the system.
- Staff Report: Click on this link to view the Staff Report.
- Import User from Excel: You can import users directly from a Microsoft Excel file using this option.
