To update section(s) of an eCHAT please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Search link under the the Comprehensive Health Assessment section of your FirstPage.
On the Comprehensive Health Assessment Search page type the Individual’s first and last name, you may use other parameters to narrow down the search result.
Select to open the Individual’s eCHAT from the search result page.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the eCHAT form and click on the 'Discontinue and Copy as Draft' button. This will save it as a draft and will appear as a count on the Worklist link under the Comprehensive Health Assessment section of your FirstPage.
3. From your FirstPage, click on the Worklist link under the Comprehensive Health Assessment section. This will take you to the Comprehensive Health Assessment List. From the list, click and open the link corresponding to the eCHAT you are working on.

4. Click on the 'Edit' button under the section(s) of the eCHAT, which require to be updated. This will take you to an editable version of that section of the eCHAT.
5. Make the necessary edits and click on the 'Save' button to save that section and go back to the eCHAT form. You may also choose 'Save and go to Next' if you want to edit the next section of the eCHAT.
6. To make changes on more sections of the eCHAT click on the 'Edit' button corresponding to the section of the eCHAT you want to edit/update, make necessary changes and click on the 'Save' button to save that section and go back to the eCHAT form.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the eCHAT form and click on the ‘Approve’ button. This will approve the eCHAT with the changes in assessment. Please note that users need to have the 'Health Assessment Approve' role to approve an eCHAT.
