| Please make sure that all linked forms/documents (i.e ISP Programs, IPOPs) are approved before the ISP Plan is approved or else they will appear as Dynamic Documents when accessed from the Hab Plan. |
- As soon as an ISP Plan is approved, an archived version of the form is created and its Update History count is increased by one. When the form is reopened, the user will be presented with a read only version of the form when it was last approved/updated. In order to edit the form the user will either need to click on the 'Show Dynamic Document' button located at the bottom of the page or the link as marked on the following screenshot.
- Users will also be able to view the archived version of the initially approved ISP Plan under the Update History of the form.
- If a user opens the 'Dynamic Document' of the ISP Plan and makes any changes, then a static document will be created that will become the default view for the approved document.
- If the form is opened again in the future, then users will be able to view the initial version of the approved form by clicking on the link as marked on the following screenshot.
- Users will also be able to view archived versions of the form created after each update of the approved document.
- Users who approve/update an approved form, their First Name, Last Name and Title will be retained in the system. The 'Approved By' area of the approved form will display the approver's original name and title that was available in the system at the time of First approval of the form. If the same user updates the approved form when his/her name or title is changed in the system, then The 'Last Updated By' field will reflect user's changed name and title.

If Discontinued ISP Plans are opened, you will view the static document that was created at the time of its approval or last update. Users will not be able to view the 'Dynamic Document' once an ISP Plan has been discontinued.
