The Transfer Procedure has been divided into three different types of Users. Following is a list of the different types:
Oversight Agency Users-Oversight Agency Users add existing Individuals to New Providers as well as enter new Individuals into the system and then add them to New Providers.
Case Managers-They will produce Reports on the Individuals being transferred and will send those to the New Provider where the Individuals are being transferred into.
New Provider User-New Provider Users need to enroll the transferred Individuals into programs and admit them and create the documents received from the Case Managers into the New Provider account.
