T-Task

The T-Task module helps users schedule and keep track of tasks and share tasks with other users of the Program. Users are able to assign tasks to other users as well as maintain a list of tasks only for themselves.

To access T-Task users will need the calendar feature enabled for their account.

Create New Task

  1. Click on the T-Task link in the T-Task section on the right hand column of your FirstPage or Dashboard.



  2. Click on the 'Add New Task' link to add a new task.



  3. Add details of the Task
  • Enter description of the Task
  • Select a Program if you want the Task to be visible to users having access to that Program.
  • Select a user/staff for the 'Assigned to' drop down menu if you want to assign the task to a user who has access to the Program you have selected.
  • You may add Date and Time for the Task.


Delete T-Task


  • Click on the delete button at the top right corner of the task you want to delete.
    • Click on the Delete link to delete the task completely.
    • Click on the 'Remove From My List' button to remove the Task from your task list. The task will still be available for other users having access to the Program this task has been made for.

Deny a Task assigned to you

  • Click on the delete button at the top right corner of the task you want to deny.
  • Click on the 'Deny' button to deny the task
    'Deny' button will only appear on tasks that has been assigned to you.

Search T-Tasks

1. Click on the 'Search button under the T-Task section on your FisrtPage or Dash Board. You may also click the 'Search' link at the bottom of your Task list.





2. In the 'T-Task Search' page provide details of the Task and click on the 'Search' button.

View Task info

Click on the info button of a task to view its info.
