To be able to receive notifications through E-mail/Pager/Cell-phone, you will need to enable the Enable Notification option first. |
1. Click on the My Profile link in the My Account area of your FirstPage or from the Settings tab on your Dashboard.
 
2. Select the Enable Notification option available in your My Profile page.
3. Click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
Configure Notification Info:
Please note that to receive notifications via Secure Communication (SComm) messages, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Configure Notification Info link in the My Account area of your FirstPage.

If you are not able to find this link, click on the My Profile link and select the Enable Notification option. |
2. Next, on the User Notification Information page, enter the required information in the appropriate fields.

You may select any notification media from the User Notification Information page. For example, if you would only like to receive notifications via email, you may fill in the 'EMAIL1' field only. |
3. Once you are done, click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page, to save your contact details. Notifications will automatically be sent to you, depending on the Notification Profile you configure.
Configure Notification Profile:
1. From your FirstPage, click on the Configure Notification Profile link under the My Account section or from the My Settings tab on the left panel of the Dashboard, select the Configure link next to Notification Profile.
2. On the 'Select Module to Configure Notification Profile' page, click on the Comprehensive Health Assessment link.
3. Select the appropriate options (Yes or No) under the Event section of the Notification Events area and click on the 'Save' button.
4. In the 'Select Media' section, you may select through which media the notification will be sent for the e-CHAT module.
5. Click on the 'Save' button to save the changes.
