Review GERs

Users with the GER Review Role are able to add review comments or attach files to a GER that are in Pending Approval, In‐Prep or Returned states.

  1. On your FirstPage/Dashboard, click on the Review link in the General Event Report (GER) area.



    The counts beside the Review link indicate the number of reports on the list with High, Medium, and Low notification levels. Clicking on one of these numbers will show you reports with that particular notification level.

  2. Next, on the GER Review List page, select the GER you want to review from the list.



  3. Go through the GER and add your comments in the ‘Review/Followup Comments’ text section. Alternatively, you can select the ‘I have reviewed this report’ checkbox. If you do not have additional you will not be able to edit any information on the report.



  4. To attach a photo, click on the New link beside the ‘Attach Photo’ field. A new window will open. Find your photo using the 'Browse' button and then click on the 'Upload Image' button to upload your photo. Once added, you will see a thumbnail view of the attached photo in the photo field.





  5. After you are done with the GER, click on the 'Save' button to save the report. You can return it to the submitter by clicking on the 'Return To Submitter' button. You can also view the printable version of the report by clicking on the 'Display Printable' button or share it with other authorized users within the program by clicking on the 'Send via SComm' button.
