Overall Service Plan (OSP)

The OSP Module

The Overall Service Plan (OSP) module allows Oversight Users (DDPM/DDPA) to send Individual OSPs containing demographic information, ISP services and Outcomes, PCSP information to Linked Providers (North Dakota Agency Providers). Upon receiving an OSP, Linked Providers will review and add further details such as Assessment Review, Health and Welfare, Safeguards and other details into the OSP and resend it to the Oversight User for final approval.

Users will need to be assigned with ISP Plan Roles to be able to access the OSP module
