Therap is delighted to be working with the State of New Mexico, Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Supports Division to provide secure, HIPAA Compliant, web-based Electronic Comprehensive Health Assessment Tool (eCHAT) to providers throughout New Mexico. Along with the Comprehensive Health Assessment, providers will have access to Medication Administration Records, the First DataBank drug database, Health Tracking, Individual Data, Emergency Data Form (EDF), and Secure Communications.
