The Issue Tracking System introduced in Therap 8.9, is a new system to help users track support issues with ease. From now on users will exclusively use the Feedback link to send messages to Therap Customer Support.
Clicking on the Feedback link at the bottom of FirstPage or Dashboard, takes the user directly to the FeedBack to Therap Customer Support page. On this page, users may compose messages to send to Therap Customer Support. All conversations related to an issue, will be available in a single page in a threaded view.
We have removed SComm from all support related communications. Instead of SComm-inbox-count a My Issues link will be available at the top of the right panel of FirstPage and Dashboard. Clicking on this link will display support agent replies to user's feedback or live help follow up issues.
You will also be able to view live-help transcripts in this new system, not via Secure Communications.
