The Medication History module is an efficient tool for users to keep record of medication(s) given to Individuals. Like all other Health Tracking modules, Medication History includes the reporting option which lets you summarize medication data of Individuals, supported by particular programs, recorded within a specified time period. You are able to export these reports to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
Specific Health Tracking Roles are required to use this module. You will find the Medication History links (i.e. New, Submit, Report or Search links) along with the other Health Tracking options in the Health Tracking area on your FirstPage, provided you have the following Roles:

The Administrators at your agency will be able to assign your user account with the appropriate Roles and privileges for the options you need access to.
The Medication History options include:
- Enter New Medication History Data: Users with the HT Submit role can record medication data of Individuals. These include the medication name, dosage, total amount applicable, application periods of the medication and other relevant information.
- Submit Medication History: Partially completed Medication History records are saved in the users’ (with the HT Submit role) Submit List. These reports have to be completed later and submitted by the submitter (user with an HT Submit role). Once submitted, reports become available for official use.
- View Medication History: You will be able to view submitted Medication Histories in a ‘read-only’ format if you have the HT View role. If you do not have additional HT Role(s), you will not be able to update the information on these records. You can use the Search option to locate the records you wish to view.
- Update Medication History: If you have the HT Update role, you will be able to update submitted Medication Histories. You can use the Search option to locate the records you wish to update.
- View Update History: The HT Update role lets you view update histories of Medication History. Each time a Medication History is updated, its update history will be refreshed automatically to show the date and time of the update operation. Update History will also keep a copy of the form showing the updated data at that instance. This record will be made available to you in a ‘read-only’ format.
- Medication History Summary Report: The HT Report role lets you summarize medication data of Individuals, supported by particular programs, recorded within a specified time period. You are able to export these reports to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
- Send via SComm: While working on particular Medication Histories, you will be able to send them to other authorized users of the system as attachments to Secure Communications (SComm) messages.
- Medication History Search: Use this option to locate particular records you want to work on.
