In order to contact Therap via Live Help please follow the steps mentioned below:
Click on the Live Help link located at the bottom of any Therap Application page or on the Help & Support page or on Therap's official website.

 | To access LiveHelp from Therap Application pages you will need to be logged in. You can access LiveHelp from the website and the Help & Support page even if you are not logged into the application. |
Once you have clicked on the LiveHelp icon, please wait for Live Help to load.
Click on the 'LIVE HELP' button to start your conversation. This will open a pop-up chat window, you may start chatting with the Live Help agent once the site operator responds.

Screen Share
From now on, to share screen, the LiveHelp agent will send a request to the User for sharing the user's screen. To start screen sharing, user will need to click on the link as marked on the following screenshot.
Once you have clicked on the link, a Desktop Sharing, Status Window pop-up will appear displaying the screen share status.
Screen sharing will require the user's approval and another pop-up box will appear for the user's approval. Click on the 'Run' button to approve the screen sharing request.
The chat window will display the approval message along with the screen sharing session started message.
To stop the screen sharing click on the 'Stop Desktop Sharing' button on the Desktop Sharing, Status Window pop-up.
Clicking on the 'Stop Desktop Sharing' button will stop the screen sharing. The Desktop Sharing, Status Window pop-up will show the status as 'Disconnected'.
The chat window will also display the screen share end message.
Offline Message
If no LiveHelp Agents are online, the 'LIVE HELP' button will say offline. Click on the 'LIVE HELP' button to leave an offline message.
Clicking on the 'LIVE HELP' button, opens a chat window to leave an offline message.
