Care Plan Templates in the Global Library are submitted by users of different agencies and available once Therap approves the template. Users with the 'Care Plan Submit' Role are able to import a Care Plan Template from the Library and use it as an 'Individual Care Plan' for an Individual.
Care Plans are Individual specific forms and therefore you will have to select an Individual while importing a Care Plan Template. Once a Care Plan Template is imported it becomes an 'Individual Care Plan' for the selected Individual. You may import multiple Care Plans from the library for a single Individual or a single Care Plan for multiple Individuals at your agency.
Please follow the steps below to import a Care Plan Template from the Global Care Plan Template Library:
1. Click on the 'Global Care Plan Template Search' link under the 'Global Template Library' area of your FirstPage.
2. On the 'Global Care Plan Template Library' search page, enter keyword(s) for the Template and click on the 'Search' button. You may add other search parameters to narrow down your result.
3. In the search result page, click on the appropriate Template Name, to open the Care Plan Template.
4. Click on the 'Import' button at the bottom of the Template. This will take you to the 'Library User agreement Page.
5. Please read the agreement and click on the 'Continue' button to import the Care Plan Template for an Individual at your Agency.
5. Click on a Program (Site).
6. Select the Individual for whom the Care Plan will be used.
7. Once the Care Plan is imported for the selected user, you may edit any section of the Care Plan to accommodate the needs of the plan.
- Click on the Submit button to Submit the Individual Care Plan for Approval.
- Click on the 'Delete' button to delete the plan.
- Click on the 'Done' button to keep the Plan as a draft under the 'Individual Care Plan' module on your FirstPage.
