Providers who support people with developmental disabilities can use the Therap Individual Service Plans (ISP) application to define goals and objectives for programs designed to help Individuals and provide guidelines to be followed to achieve those objectives. The ISP application also provides the means to collect and record data to track progress of goals set in the Service/Program Plan. Once necessary data has been collected, the application calculates their corresponding scores according to the scoring method specified in the ISP and compares them with the baseline scores. You need the ISP Data Save role to be able to collect ISP data for approved ISPs using the Therap ISP application. The application allows you to view these (Approved) ISPs in ready-only format when you have this role. If you do not have access to these options, have a Provider Administrator at your agency assign you the proper roles and privileges. DocumentationScreenshots |
