ISP Billing in Institutional Claim

Create Service Authorization

Users assigned with the Service Authorization Submit Role are able to create new Service Authorizations for Individuals and submit them for approval. To create a Service Authorization with Method of Data Collection as ISP Data, there should be an existing ISP Program for the Individual.

To create a new Service Authorization, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. On your FirstPage, click on the New link under the Service Authorization section.



2. On the Select Program For Service Authorization page select the appropriate Program from the list.

3. On the Service Authorization form, enter the relevant 'Service Authorization Information' and add the required 'Service(s)'. You may also enter other information as appropriate.



ADD SERVICE

On clicking the 'Add Service' button, a pop up window will appear, opening the Service form. Enter all fields marked with an asterisks(*) and select the Method of Data Collection field as ISP Data.



After Saving Service

Once a Service is saved it is added to the Service Authorization form



Once you are done, you may 'Save', 'Submit' or 'Approve' the 'Service Authorization' form.

Generating Billing Data

To generate Billing Data, you will need an approved Service Authorization (the creation of Service Authorization is explained above). To create Billing Data form ISP, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the ISP Billing link available under the Billing Data section of Professional Claim on your FirstPage.



    Alternatively you may click on the ISP Billing link available under the Billing Data section of the Billing tab on your Dashboard.



  2. On the Generate from ISP Data select the Date Range and the appropriate Service Description (Code).



  3. On clicking the 'Next' button, the Individual list will be shown.



  4. On clicking on the 'Generate Billing Data' button, the Bill Data will be generated.



  5. Clicking on the Form ID link will open the particular Billing Data form, you may Update the information in the form if appropriate.
