Live Help – Using the 'Live Help' link available in the system, you can connect to the Training and Implementation team, chat securely, and get instant help regarding your concerns. In the case where there is no person from Therap attending the Live Help at the time, the Offline Message entered by you is instantly forwarded to the Training & Implementation Team and your query will be responded to within 24 hours.
Email – You may contact the Therap team with your questions and concerns by emailing us at support@therapservices.net. Therap ensures that the users receive a reply within 24 hours.
My Issues – You may send your Feedback to Therap Customer Support via 'My Issues'. Our responses will then be sent directly to the 'My Issues' section of your account.
Feedback: When working with Therap Applications, if you face any problems with the system or have suggestions for enhancements, just click on the 'Feedback' link available at the bottom of the Application pages and send your queries to us. Our response will then be sent directly to the 'My Issues' section of your account.
Help & Support: Therap has a collection of all the Training Materials and documents online, which may be useful when working with Therap Applications.
