About Health Care Reports
The Therap system allows users to generate health care reports for given time ranges, with summaries from an Individual's approved data across different Therap modules. These may include information extracted from the Individual Data, General Event Reports (Incident Reports), and all Health Tracking Forms. Once a report is generated, users can save the report within the system. Comments may also be added to this report by any user having appropriate privilege on the Individual.

To Create a new Health Care Report the user needs to have the Health Care Reports role. Health Care reports are generated using Approved/Discontinued Health Tracking(HT) Forms, Approved Individual Data (ID), and Approved General Event Reports (GER). |
To create a new Health Care Report users will need to follow the steps shown below:
- Click on the Health Care Report link available in the Health Tracking area of the FirstPage.
If you are using the Dashboard, you will find the Health Care Report link available in the Health tab. Click on the New link.
- On the next page, select the name of the Individual from the dropdown menu and specify the date range for which you want the report to be generated. Then, using the checkboxes, select the names of the categories for which you want the information to be generated and click on the 'Create Report' button.

You may select all the categories at once, by clicking on the 'Select All' checkbox. |
- A report will then be displayed. Enter the name of the report in the 'Report Name' field.
- The report will contain information entered for the Individual within the date range specified.
- Click on the 'Save' button to save the form.

You may generate a PDF version of the report by clicking on the Display PDF link available at the bottom of the form. |
