- You will need a User name, Password and Provider Code to log into the system. Note that you have to type upper and lower case letters, spaces, and all other characters exactly as they are printed for the user name and password to work. Your programs and people you serve are already entered in the system. You will have access to Individuals you have been assigned privileges for.
- You have also been given capabilities corresponding to your job functions.

- You will be able to learn the system just by using it. If you are a Submitter, try entering "Test" reports from the TEST FirstPage (Go to TEST MODE from your regular FirstPage. The FirstPage you see then is the TEST FirstPage. The latter has an orange background). Although these use real information, they do not show in actual reports or in searches, so feel free to try out the capabilities of the system.
- You can also update your profile, your name, email and other addresses, etc. When you submit these changes, they will go to your supervisor or Administrator for approval. Once approved they will take effect. If you notice any problems, contact your supervisor or Administrator.
