If you have both Attendance Data Approve and Billing Data Submit roles, you will see the ‘Generate Billing Data’ tab in the main Attendance Form.
You can only generate Billing Data from Approved Attendance Data. Once Billing Data is generated from Attendance Data, it will be shown in Orange color and will not be updatable anymore.
You need to go through the following steps to generate Billing Data from Approved Attendance Data:
