If you have the GER Followup role, approved GERs will be kept on your 'GER Followup List' for 15 days after being approved. You will be able to review these reports and add follow up comments to them.

- To follow-up on a GER, click on the Followup link in the General Event Report area of your FirstPage/Dashboard. This will take you to the GER Followup List.
 | The numbers beside the Followup link in the GER area of the FirstPage, shows the count of the reports currently on the GER Followup List with High, Medium or Low priority. Clicking on one of these numbers will show you a list of reports with that particular priority level. |
- Next, on the GER Followup List, click on the GER you wish to follow-up on. If you do not have additional GER roles you will have access to the report in read-only format. You will not be able to make changes to the existing data.
- Scroll down to the Review/Followup Comments section of the GER form. You can add your follow up comments in the 'Followup Comments' text area.
- Select the 'I have reviewed this approved report' checkbox to mark the document as reviewed.
- To attach a picture, click on the New link beside the Attach Photo field. Next, on the pop-up window, locate the photo file in your computer and click on the 'Upload Image' button to upload your picture. Once added, you will see a thumbnail view of the attached picture in the photo field.
- To save your follow-up comments, click on the 'Save' button.
