To be able to receive notifications through email/pager/cell-phone, you will need to enable the 'Enable Notification' option first.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to enable Notifications:
1. Click on the My Profile link in the My Account area of your FirstPage.

2. Select the 'Enable Notification' option in the My Profile page.

Cick on the 'Save' button to save the changes.

3. You will now be able to access the following links under your My Account area:

Configure Notification Info:
This option in the My Account area allows you to enter information for the type of media you would like to receive notifications through, for example pager number, cellphone number and email address.
To configure your Notification Information, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Configure Notification Information link in the My Account area of your FirstPage.

| Note If you are not able to find this link, click on the My Profile link and select the 'Enable Notification' option. |
2. Next, on the User Notification Information page, enter the required information in the appropriate fields.
| Note You may select any notification media from the User Notification Information page. For example, if you would only like to receive notifications via email, you may fill in the 'EMAIL1' field only. |
3. Once you are done, click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page, to save your contact details. Notifications will automatically be sent to you, depending on the Notification Profile you configure.
Configure Notification Profile:
This option allows you to select the modules and type of action that you would like to receive notifications for. (Example: receive notifications for the GERs (module) submitted (action))
1. Click on the Configure Notification Profile link, in the My Account area of your FirstPage.

2. On the Select Module to Configure Notification Profile page, click on the particular module for which you would like to receive Notifications. (For example: General Event Reports).

3. Next, in the Notification Events section, select the type of action or event you would like to receive notifications for. For example, if you wish to receive a Notification whenever a GER is approved, select the 'Yes' option for the 'Approve' field.
4. The Select Media section allows you to select the appropriate options for which you would like to receive notifications for, subdivided by the type of media you would prefer for each notification. This means you may select a combination of media to receive notifications, for example, you may choose to receive notifications via pager for GERs that are submitted, and receive notifications via email, each time an abuse and neglect GER is created.
You may also select the Notification Level of the events that needs to be notified via each media; for example, if you want to be notified about events that are of Medium or High Notification Level, select the High-Medium option.

5. To save your changes, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page to save the Notification Profile settings. This profile will then be applied to all the caseloads that the user has access to. For instance, if you have access privileges for Caseload A and Caseload B, you will receive notifications for both CaseLoads A and B, based on the settings you selected earlier.

| Note The Disable button at the bottom of the page allows you to disable all notifications you may have set up previously, or if you would like to disable all notifications in future. |
6. Once you are done the Show Module List link will appear on the succeeding page. This allows you to go back to the Select Module to Configure Notification Profile page, to set up notifications for other modules if required.

Apply Default Notification Profile:
This option in the My Account area allows you to apply default notification profiles set by the Administrator, for all staffs in the agency.

To apply any Default Notification Profile, just click on the Apply link, for your required notification profile, on the Apply Default Notification Profile page.
