Users need the GER Delete Role to be able to Delete General Event Reports (GERs). Deleted GERs can be accessed by searching them by using the Search link on your FirstPage/Dashboard.
In order to Delete General Event Reports (GER), you may follow the steps below:
- On your FirstPage, click on the Search link under the General Event Reports (GERs) module. We can also access the Search link on your Dashboard by clicking on the 'Individual' tab on the left hand side.
- On the GER Search page, select the Program (Site) from the list. You may select the Individual's Name from the auto complete list that appears as you type in some of the letters of the Individual's Name. You may also fill out other specifics in order to narrow down the search list. Once done, click on the 'Search' button located at the bottom of the page.
- Select the GER that you would like to delete from the list appears on the GER Search page. You will be directed to the General Event Report (GER) page of the Individual.
- On the General Event Reports (GER) Form of the Individual, scroll down at the bottom of the page and click on the 'Delete' button.
- A message will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. Enter the Reason for Deletion and click on the 'Yes' button to delete the GER. Click on the 'No' button to cancel deletion of the GER.
- A success message will appear to confirm deletion of the GER form.
