Custom Form and eCHAT Roles

The purpose of Roles is to guarantee that the Therap System operates in a secure and HIPAA compliant way. The Provider Administrator assigns different Roles to users, in order to restrict their access on the data entered in various Therap forms, for an Individual.

You must assign a standardized job classification or position or, what we call, a Super Role for each person you want to be able to access the Therap System. You can choose one of the Default Super Roles of the system or create a new one that best suits your needs.

CF Submit Save new forms. Update and Save 'In-Prep' forms!
CF Approve Save and Approve new forms. Approve 'In-Prep' forms saved by others. Delete the 'In-Prep forms created by self
CF View View Approved, Deleted and Discontinued forms
CF Update Save, Approve and Delete 'In-Prep' forms. Update and Discontinue 'Approved' forms
