Create New Caseload

Users with the Caseload Administrative Role are able to create new Caseloads to include one or more Programs, Individuals, existing Caseloads or any combinations of these.

In order to create a new Caseload, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Click on the Create New Caseload link on the Access Control area on your FirstPage of the Admin mode.
   
   
   
   2. On the Create/Update Caseload page, you will find four tabs with the following headings: Program, Individual, Program-Individual and Caseload. Use this tab to add one or more Programs, Individuals and existing Caseloads to this new CaseLoad.
   
   
   
   
   • From the Program tab, add one or more Programs to the Caseload. This means access privileges will be extended to all Individuals enrolled in these Programs. Have a look at the Program Based Caseload section of this guide for details.
     
     
   • Use the Individual tab to select one or more Individuals from a list of all into the Caseload. For details on this, please read the Individual Based Caseload section of this guide for details.
     
     
   • The Program-Individual tab can be used to select Individuals enrolled in particular programs. You may refer to the Program - Individual Based CaseLoad section of this guide for details on this.
     
     
   • Use the Caseload tab to include one or more previously defined Caseload into a new Caseload. For details, have a look at the Caseload Based Caseload section of this guide.
     
     
2. The added Programs, Individuals, Program-Individuals and Caseloads will appear in the corresponding boxes below the list. You are able to remove one or more added elements by clicking on the associated Remove links.
   
   
3. Enter a name for the Caseload in the Caseload Name field. You should choose a name which makes it easier to identify the Caseload during assigning privileges to the user.
   
   
4. Click on the 'Save' button in order to save the Caseload.
