These are new features and will be available to users from January 15, 2012

eCHAT search for State Providers

Users of State Providers with eCHAT enabled will have access to the eCHAT sharing feature.

Users of State Providers will be able to access the eCHATs of Individuals present in their caseload with matching Oversight IDs in different Linked Providers.

  1. Users will be able to access this feature from their Unified Dashboard using the 'Search' option under the 'Comprehensive Health Assessment' module.



  2. You will be directed to the Comprehensive Health Assessment Search page where you may enter appropriate search parameters in order to search for particular eCHATs of Individuals. Click on the 'Search' button located at the bottom of the page in order to view the search results.

    Users with the appropriate Roles and Privileges are able to view eCHATs of Individuals with Status as 'In Prep', 'Pending Approval', 'Approved', 'Deleted' and 'Discontinued'.



  3. The Search results will display eCHATs for an individual from different linked providers where the Individual is linked with the same Oversight ID.



  4. Next, you will be viewing the Comprehensive Health Assessment form of that Individual.



  5. Oversight Agency users may click on the Summary Report link in order to view the full report of the Individual's eCHAT form. On the Summary Report page you may click on the Display PDF link in order to view the 'Summary Report' in printable format. You may also click on the Comprehensive Health Assessment at the top of the form in order to return to the Comprehensive Health Assessment form of that Individual.



  6. Users may also click on the 'General Health Passport' button located at the bottom of the page in order to generate Health Passport for the Individual. You may click on the Display PDF link in order to view the 'Health Passport' in printable format. You may return to the eCHAT form by clicking on the Open eCHAT Form link located at the bottom. Click on the 'Open Consultation Form' button in order to view the 'Consultation Form' of that Individual.



  7. Users may click on the Display PDF or Archived PDF(Approved) link in order to view the eCHAT Form in printable format.



eCHAT Unified Search for Linked Providers

  1. Users of different Linked Providers with eCHAT enabled will be able to access the Comprehensive Health Assessment Tool (eCHAT) of an Individual in their Caseload if the instances of that Individual in all these Providers are linked by the Oversight ID.

  2. Click on the Unified Search link under 'Comprehensive Health Assessment' module of their FirstPage. Users will need to click on the 'Health' tab in order to access "Comprehensive Health Assessment" module on their Dashboard. Please note that users who are able to view approved Comprehensive Health Assessment Tool (eCHAT) forms will have access to the Unified Search link.



  3. On the 'Comprehensive Health Assessment Search' page, you may enter the first few letters of the Individual Name and an auto complete list will appear showing possible matches. Select the particular Individual Name from the list. Please note that Names of Individuals with 'Approved' eCHAT will appear in the auto complete list.



    Users in different Linked Providers are able to view only the 'Approved' eCHATs of Individuals who are linked by Oversight ID.
  4. The Search results will display eCHATs for an Individual from different linked providers where the individual is linked with the same Oversight ID.. Please note that users will able to view only the 'Approved' eCHAT of Individuals in different Linked Providers if the user have access to that particular Individual in their Caseload.



  5. On top of the Individual's eCHAT form, users will be able to view the Provider Name of the Linked Provider from where the eCHAT was initially generated. Please note that users may click on the Summary Report link in order to view the 'Summary Report'. The Summary Report link will only appear for users of other Linked Providers only if the 'Summary Report' was generated by the user from where the eCHAT form was initially created. Users may also generate the 'Health Passport' for the Individual by clicking on the Generate Health Passport link at the bottom of the page. Click on the Display PDF or Archived PDF (Approved) link to view the form in printable format.



  6. On the Health Passport page users may click on the Open eCHAT Form link to return to the eCHAT of the Individual. Users may also click on the 'Open Consultation Form' button to view the 'Consultation Form ' of the Individual. Click on the PDF of Health Passport in order to view the 'Health Passport' in printable format.



    Comprehensive Health Assessment Tool (eCHATs) are shown for 'Admitted' Individuals only. This is to make sure the users are unable to view eCHATs for Linked Individuals of different Linked Providers where the Individual is no longer active.
