Change Password

Users need to be identified and authenticated before they are granted access to any Therap Application. Users have to use a unique combination of their Login Name, Password, and Provider Code to access the Therap System.

The universal dilemma in making a good password is to keep it simple enough to make it easy to remember, and complicated enough to make it difficult to be guessed by others. Please have a look at these guidelines and best practices for selecting good passwords and handling them.

Click on the Change Password link in the My Account area in the right panel of the FirstPage.

In the Dashboard, click on the Settings tab on the left panel and then the Change link next to password in the My Settings page.

In both cases, this causes the Change Password page to appear.

1. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
2. Enter the new password in the New Password field. The bar underneath this field will indicate the strength of your new password. Again, refer to these guidelines if you need help creating a strong password.
3. Now, confirm the new password by retyping it in the Confirm New Password field.
4. Click on the 'Save' button to save the new password.
5. You can use the 'Cancel' button if you decide not to change your current password after all. You will be taken back to your FirstPage or Dashboard depending on which view was active.
