The Archived Data option of Therap application currently saves previously updated, approved or submitted Personal Finance Transactions and Accounts, Individual Service Plans, Programs and Data, Habilitation Plans, Behavior Plans, Behavior Event Records (BER), Health Tracking reports, Medication History records, Service Authorizations, Billing and Attendance Data, Professional and Institutional Claims, T-Logs and Custom Forms. This useful tool enables Therap users to refer to older plans, schemes and data while using most recent updates to these data. The archive tools include efficient search/lookup options for the modules with a wide range of search parameters. Search results are displayed in manageable lists and can be exported to Microsoft Excel format. Archived Data can be used in doing research, tracking progress, correcting errors and so forth.

Archived Data on FirstPage

Log on to the system using your Login Name, Password and the Provider Code of your agency. This will take you to the Therap Applications FirstPage. The Archived Data area can be found on the right panel of the Therap Applications FirstPage.
